Return Policy

Principino takes great pride in choosing the best fashions for your little ones. Every purchase you make from us is unconditionally guaranteed. If you find yourself unhappy with a purchase you’ve made, we encourage you to return the items(s) for an exchange or refund. Items may be returned to Principino Kids within 14 days of the date you received the order. For a complete refund (excluding shipping charges), the items must be sent unwashed, unworn, in original condition and packaging attached to the original receipt. If the original receipt is not included, we cannot process your return or exchange. Please circle the items that you are returning, and note whether you would like an exchange or credit. If an item was purchased as a set, it must be returned as a set. We can not accept returns of incomplete sets. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.
